StayinFront To Supply CRM System For Entire Asia Pacific Region Of Top Five Pharmaceutical Company

Visual Elk(TM) 9 CRM System To Be Standardized Across Multiple Countries

StayinFront, Inc., a global provider of enterprise-wide customer relationship management (CRM) applications, decision support tools and eBusiness systems, today announced the execution of a contract to supply its industry leading CRM solutions to the Asia/Pacific region of a top five multinational pharmaceutical company.

The multi-year agreement calls for the immediate deployment of the new system to over 1,100 sales professionals in four countries. The agreement also calls for the phased implementation of up to 1,900 additional sales professionals across an additional ten countries. Using a common engine across all regions and platforms, the CRM system will be translated into six languages and configured to the needs of each local operating company.

StayinFront will deploy its new Visual Elk 9 for Pharma, Pocket Elk(TM) and Panoram(TM) throughout the region and will include varying levels of support. Visual Elk, StayinFront’s industry leading CRM platform providing a cost-effective, enterprise-wide solution for managing and integrating all points of customer interaction, and Panorama, a powerful data analysis and decision support tool specifically designed for non-technical users, will be deployed for managers. Pocket Elk, the powerful Windows CE(R) based version of Visual Elk, will be implemented for field users.
